Bitmonlab privacy policy


In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December, on Personal Data Protection (LOPD), and of Law 34/2002, of 11th July, on the Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), FACTORY 25 informs Bitmonlab users that the personal data they supply shall be treated by FACTORY 25 in accordance with its Personal Data Policy, as described below:

  1. By accessing Bitmonlab, users provide certain personal data associated to their account. These data shall be treated confidentially and will only be used to sign up for and access the different services offered by Bitmonlab, as well as for the maintenance and management of the relationship between users and FACTORY 25. Likewise, users agree to receive commercial communications that may be of interest to them by electronic means (namely, without limitation, by email and/or text messages, messages in their Facebook profile and others). Such commercial communications may be related to the services and/or products initially signed up for or to services and products (such as, without limitation, music, videos, images, games, applications, prize draws, promotions, contests, participation in TV programs, voting services, skill games, betting services, casinos, etc.) that may be of their interest and that are commercialized or distributed by FACTORY 25 at any given time (this latter use will be maintained even after termination of the contractual relationship between a given user and FACTORY 25, and if and until such user revokes, if applicable, his/her consent for this purpose). Users will be able to exercise their right of opposition to the use of their data for promotional and commercial purposes by sending an email to stating in the subject line of the email "UNSUBSCRIBE FROM FREE ADVERTISEMENT".

  2. Users agree to their personal data being stored and processed in an automated filing system under the ownership and responsibility of FACTORY 25, filing system that has been duly notified to the General Data Protection Registry within the Spanish Data Protection Agency by the means established for such purpose. FACTORY 25 guarantees that all personal data provided by users shall be treated for the purposes herein stated and in the manner and pursuant to the rights and limitations foreseen in Organic Law 15/1999, on the Protection of Personal Data. This consent is given without prejudice of all rights corresponding to users by virtue of the aforementioned regulation, and particularly of the possibility to exercise, without any payment obligation, the rights of access, cancellation, rectification and opposition, as well as the right to revoke their consent with no retroactive effects, all of which will be exercised by sending a request to FACTORY 25, either by email to or by post to Príncipe de Vergara, 33, Madrid, including:

    • Name, surname and a copy of the national identity card of the interested party and, where applicable, of the document certifying the representation.

    • Reasoned request specifying the right they wish to exercise.

    • Phone number / email of the user who wants to exercise his/her rights.

    • Address for notification purposes.

  3. Furthermore, it is users' responsibility to update and modify their data, according to the procedure set out in the previous paragraph. FACTORY 25 will not be liable for any consequences for users that could be derived from their own failure to maintain their personal data updated.

  4. Additionally, users expressly grant their consent to receive commercial communications of products and/or services of other entities of the marketing sector or belonging to the Spanish Federation of E-Commerce and Direct Marketing (FECEMD), or grouped in various sectors (finance, publishing, education, automotive, NGOs, information technology, telecommunications, consulting, energy, medicine, textiles, household, hygiene, Health, beauty products and personal care, furniture, foodstuffs, collectibles, music, videos, hobbies, office supplies, technology, travel, games and toys, jewelry, sports, chemist and cleaning products, social networks and insurance), so they can receive offers from various products or services that may be of interest to them.

If users do not wish to receive information on the products and services related to the activity areas mentioned in the previous paragraph, they can send an email to stating in the subject line of the email UNSUBSCRIBE FROM ALL ADVERTISEMENTS. Given the social network functionalities of Bitmonlab and of the Bitmonlab applications, users (User 1) expressly accept that other Bitmonlab users who have the telephone number of User 1 in the agenda of their mobile devices, can view and therefore know which of the applications developed by FACTORY 25 (Bitmonlab Applications) have been installed by User 1.
